- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I don't have hidden fees or upcharges or charge by the hour. I give you a price and unless you add something, the price is good. In some cases I can price over the phone with pics, otherwise it's free estimates in person.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
New customers are just like old customers. I communicate well and never leave someone dissatisfied. I want new customers to become recurring customers. In most cases I do not require money down and you don't pay unless you're happy, risk free.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
In business for myself for 30 years, my experience and work detail speaks for itself.
