Cooking has been my passion for over 20 years. Recently, I graduated with culinary honors and have been awarded with several certifications by The National Restaurant Association. At Rell's Way we caterer to Vegetarians, Vegans, and Seafood lovers. Our style of cooking is modern with an island flair to it. We make it easy for you to have the lifestyle you desire. My food is always prepared with the highest quality of ingredients and we pay utmost attention to every dish.

We can not say enough amazing things about Terrell! He created such a delicious menu for my sister’s bachelorette dinner. Terrell’s menu was incredibly flavorful and fresh— with crispy coconut shrimp as an appetizer, a fresh summer salad, lobster tails over creamy pasta, and chocolate lava cakes for dessert. Safe to say we all absolutely loved the dining experience and his company. He was so great to work with (communicative, kind & professional). Not to mention, he went above and beyond with personal touches! If you’re looking for an incredible private chef experience, hire Rells Way Catering!

We used Rell's to have a catered dinner made for us for a bachelorette weekend away in Hunter, NY. They made a fantastic meal and were extremely pleasant to work with. The pricing was very reasonable compared to other places we considered, and we were very pleased with the quality. Would definitely consider using them again if we are back in the area!

I made plans to stay at the Marriott but I didn’t have a taste for restaurant food. I had a taste for a more exquisite , interpersonal and selective experience. Chef Terrell was my first pick. Two appetizer’s, one salad, one entrée and dessert. The food was cooked onsite. The drinks were made onsite with additional rounds. The experience was warm, engaging, and professional. The food was highly flavored, fresh and well paired amongst the other dishes I’ve had that evening. After sending pictures of the outcome to some of my contacts, I informed Terrell that someone in my family wanted the same food experience I had that evening. Shockingly, Terrell was able to accommodate, last minute, and on the spot by providing the same dishes I had that my family member desired, for an extra fee. I will continue to share his talents by word of mouth. I had it Rell’s way.

My partner and I visited the Catskills for my birthday weekend and as always she made sure my birthday was extra special. I did not expect her to hire a personal chef since we were already away for the weekend but Rell's Way catering was the cherry on top for a fantastic weekend. He was punctual, very professional and we felt very comfortable having him over. The food was delicious, the set up and timing of everything was perfect! After our meal we chatted a bit, we shared a few stories and I would say we were absolutely pleased with our first experience with a personal Chef!
