Gave an arrival time between 10am-2pm technician arrived 30 minute early and within a second or two Alex knew whats wrong with our new smart thermostat he was able to fix with no time. Great job Alex for being here and keep us warm in chill/cold weather. KEEP UP TO GOOD WORK AND HAPPY HOLIDAYS/CHRISTMAN.

Day after Christmas a Saturday and they didnt hesitate to come and get our heat back. Kyle was awesome knowledgeable prompt on time and very polite. Highly recommend them!! They will be my first call.if needed again.

Came to look at a furnace that wouldnt ignite. Identifying the problem quickly and fixed easily. Ran a couple of tests and everything was good to go.

As never utilizing this company previously and calling due to a bizarre smell coming from the basement, they squeezed us in as an emergency visit- were at our door in 2 hours, gave us the news. Unfortunately we needed to repair parts of our furnace that wouldnt be available until after Christmas and would only last a few years and ultimately need to be replaced. Grasshopper offers financing which helped me make the decision in just replacing the unit. They were here the next day! Amazing customer service, amazing courtesy from technicians to individuals over the phone. Im beyond glad I chose this company!
