Best customer service experience ever!I I had been given a last minute notice to reschedule my routine maintenance for my furnace by a company I have used for over 7 years , which would have taken longer. I called Grasshopper and they came the same day. I was very happily surprised with their quick assistance. Matt and Joe who came to do the work spent a lot of time before the work explaining to me what they would do , they listened to me attentively, they explained everything thing in detail than the company I had used before. Even after they finished the work, they spent a lot of time explaining in detail what was done and what they found with derailed pictures taken for my file plus what I will need in the future. They also spent a lot of time listening and responding to all the questions I had including my future furnace plans. I strongly recommend Grasshopper and will use them again.

These guys are amazing. We had Bob, Dylan, and, Joe at our home to fix a broken sewer pipe.They were friendly, professional, informative, and did an incredible job. In one day. I 10/10 recommend going to Grasshopper with any plumbing issues.

3 stars for friendly service people. Thats it.They over price on everything, didnt even show what work was done. In and out in an hour and labor was 800$. The furnace is not even 2 yrs old. We had them out twice and said nothing was wrong but still charged us 150. On that visit. If fact the motor needed replacing which we had to wait two days for and then it took them 1 hour to install and cost 800 -/+WE WILL NEVER USE THEM AGAIN AND WILL DEFINITELY SPREAD THE WORD!
