I just had Bob Main come to my house for an appointment I had made regarding some sparking and need for central system maintenance. I am SO glad I signed up for the annual maintenance package and that Bob is who came. He is extremely friendly, makes a point to explain everything thoroughly, and takes the time to really get to the root of a problem. This company is stuck with me!
