I just had Bob Main come to my house for an appointment I had made regarding some sparking and need for central system maintenance. I am SO glad I signed up for the annual maintenance package and that Bob is who came. He is extremely friendly, makes a point to explain everything thoroughly, and takes the time to really get to the root of a problem. This company is stuck with me!

We replaced our boiler and hot water heater with a tankless system. The PMA staff did a wonderful job and were focused, worked diligent and were a pleasure to have at our home. Our system has been installed for over a week now and it is wonderful!
