Hertz So Good, LLC

My name is Kevin Hertzel, and I’m interested in beautifying and electrifying our neighborhoods in Upstate New York. I focus my energy on building our community, using quality craftsmanship and an eye toward aesthetics. The incredible technological advances in building methods have provided homeowners with comfort and energy efficiency never before seen; I utilize these advancements in all projects, both big and smallI I received a bachelor's degree in 2003 from UMass and started my career in real estate, but was then encouraged to pursue building. Through the IBEW, I worked on the largest construction projects in the area including Regeneron Pharmaceuticals, Global Foundries, Semiconductor, Straton Air National Guard Base, Navy Nuclear Propulsion Program at KAPLand the Empire State Plaza. I gained invaluable skills and technical knowledge from these projects. I live in Clifton Park with my wife and four children where I am a member of King of Kings Evangelical Lutheran Church, part of the WELS Synod, and am active in the Sportsman’s Club of Clifton Park. Our children are very active in the Shen community and participate in a number of different sports and activities. Personally, I enjoy health & fitness and have been noted to like a variety of music. The “Hertz So Good” name comes from the John “Cougar” Mellencamp song and its phonetic similarity to my name “Hertzel.” I admit that this is a fine song, but my favorite instrument is the accordion.
