- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Yes. My complete price list is on my website. If you're unsure which treatment to choose, I always suggest booking the custom facial for $70, and we can discuss any upgrades after the skin analysis.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When meeting for the first time, we'll discuss if you've ever had a facial and what to expect. I'll give complete instructions in the treatment room, because every place is different and I want you to know what to expect so you can feel comfortable. We will also discuss medications and allergies, and there will be a short intake form to fill out.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've been licensed by New York State since 2008, and have additional training in dermaplaning from Skinceuticals. I've also taught Esthetics in Albany, New York.
