Paul your a liar and a rotten person you were supposed to have the tenant in on Oct 1st you contacted us around the 20th I told you that I could not come that week I was doing a job you had tenant call me I met with her at apartment the shower looked like a child had tried to stop leak with caulk and the shower head was leaking I spent a day scaping caulk it was still a mess I tried grouting best I could the sink was not working I told you this you said you would call the other guy you had too no avail your tenant reached out to me and said I was doing a great job but it was too late she said you should have been done on Oct 1st and kept stringing her along I will reach out too her so she can add too this it's just too bad you had to tarnish my name I have pictures of when I started you just needed a scap goat you gave me 400 down I built you a sump cover I put oak reducer in front of 6ft slider purchased all the shoe you were missing and purchased and left the compound there for patching if you didn't wait till last minute to call someone this would not of happened and who ever you did have caused more of a problem this is a rotten thing you have done and I hope and suggest no one works for you your a scammer.
