Bill was awesome!!! He performed the inspection meticulously. He has a lot of contract experience so he was able to provide a valuable dual perspective from the home buyer to the contractor. He responds to communication quickly and offers more than asked! Would recommend to everyone!

Bill (Snyder Home Buyers Inspection Services) is very knowledgeable, patient and helpful. As I am a first time homebuyer I had a lot of questions which he answered me all patiently. He sent me the reports very quickly and explained to me over the phone what ever question I had on the report. He pointed out a problem which was major to backup from the contract. Had it not been for his professionalism and through inspection we would have been in a big problem. Thanks! Definitely I will hire him again for any homeinspection services in the future.
The price was reasonable and to the lowest as compared to others in the area and I highly recommend him.

He had clear crisp pictures of possible issues which might prevent our getting a Cert of Occupancy. I couldn't not get my repairman to tell me these issues. Mr. Bill Snyder and his teammate were very professional and organized, went over the entire property inside and out excluding the shed garage and identified any issues which could be seen by the naked eye. We did not want or require him to pull apart walls, etc. I am not made of money and he was extremely reasonable compared to a full engineer's report, which I already had done. He also, at my request, gave me a list of repairmen which he has used himself in the past who are reputable. I intend on calling them.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Call and we can arrange everything with your Realtor or Broker. No need for you to be at the property or find a time in your busy schedule. We will inspect the property and you get a full and complete written report with pictures email to you next day.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are New York State licensed #16000101845 with continuing education requirements to stay licensed. I have many years of home improvement and property investment that I am able to utilize in my home inspection process.
