As I previously indicated, the 'regular' part of the cleaning was done very well. There is a possibility I didn't make it clear what my expectations were (deep cleaning). I apologize to Ana and her staff for my previous negative review.

Ana was very fast to respond to my request. She saw me the same day, quoted a fair rate and was back with her crew to do the job the next day! They did a very thorough job. They even moved furniture to clean behind and under things which I had never seen done by a service before. We are very happy, thank you Ana.

My elderly mom couldn’t be more pleased with Ana and her crew! She has been very resistant to getting help with keeping her home up to her extremely high standards of cleanliness. She believed that no one could possibly be as thorough as she would need them to be and she was sure that she would not be satisfied with anyone’s work because of her self proclaimed “pickiness”.
Here are her words: “The cleaning team is amazing! The drapes have been properly vacuumed, the bathrooms are spotless, the bed is perfectly made and they’ve moved and cleaned everything that I have always just gone around. They’re doing a better job than I’ve been able to do in the past five, or maybe even ten, years. I do believe that I’ve been outcleaned and outclassed. I never dreamed it could be like this. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My prices are customized to meet the needs of my clients. No two cleaning jobs are the same and I want to make sure that I give you a great price as well as a great cleaning!
After having the opportunity to meet with you and see your home or business, I will give you a price based on only what you need. That way you know you're getting the right value and not being overcharged.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I meet with my customers to survey their needs and give them a price. I like to find out about their specific desires in their cleanings and make recommendations if my clients need. From there we will schedule your cleanings and I'll take care of everything from there. You can sit back and relax!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have over 19 years of experience in professional cleaning!
