What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
For our one time, deep, move in / move out cleaning we charge a per hour rate. If you book recurring cleanings we use the per hour rate for the first 3 cleanings, take the average of the last 2 cleanings and walla that becomes your fixed price each time we come back to clean for you.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Whenever we talk to a new customer I make sure to inform them that we're a green cleaning company and we perform low moisture green carpet cleaning as well as green home cleaning. We always make sure to get a list of all of the customers needs to insure that they're getting exactly what they want.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
It was mid 2010 when my then new wife informed me that she was pregnant with our first child. I had been managing a Panera Bread in Clifton Park for some years. All the while cleaning houses on the side. That's when I decided to branch out on my own. We haven't looked back since. Personally, I love to see the before and after as well as realizing the load it lifts off of a family to take care of their home cleaning at a reasonable price. Simply put, I'm a nerd for cleaning other people's homes. Believe it or not, I love it!
