- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is based on the size of your home, the type of cleaning you choose (standard, deep, move-in/move-out), and the current condition of the space. We provide clear quotes up front—no surprises. Flat-rate pricing: Most cleanings are quoted as a flat rate so you know the total before we arrive. Deep clean vs. standard clean: First-time or heavy-build-up homes may require a deep clean to get everything to a maintenance level. Add-ons: Optional services like inside the oven/fridge, interior windows, dishes, laundry, or extra rooms can be added for an additional fee. Recurring discounts: We offer discounted rates for weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly recurring clients. Supplies included: We bring our own supplies and equipment unless you prefer we use yours (or have specialty product requests). Pets: Pet-friendly homes are welcome—please just let us know ahead of time so we can plan accordingly. Cancellation / rescheduling: Cancellations or reschedules within [24/48] hours may be subject to a fee to cover reserved time.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process is simple and designed to make everything easy from the start: Quick inquiry – You reach out by text/call/email with your address, number of bedrooms/bathrooms, and what type of cleaning you’re looking for (standard, deep, move-in/move-out). A clear quote + recommendations – We provide a straightforward quote and recommend the right service based on the condition of your home (for many first-time clients, a deep clean is the best starting point). Schedule your cleaning – We book a date/time that works for you and confirm access details (lockbox, code, key, pets, parking, etc.). Arrival + walkthrough (if needed) – When we arrive, we can do a quick walkthrough to confirm priorities (areas you want extra attention on, any “do not clean” spaces, and special instructions). The cleaning – Our team cleans using a detailed checklist, focusing on quality, consistency, and respect for your home. Final check + updates – We do a final quality check and leave you a quick update if anything stands out (maintenance notes, supply needs, or areas that may need a deeper reset next time). Payment + receipt – Payment is collected after the cleaning (or per your preferred method) and we’ll send a receipt if requested. Optional recurring plan – If you love the results, we’ll help you set up a recurring schedule (weekly/bi-weekly/monthly) so your home stays consistently clean at a discounted rate.
