So Mitchell Alvarado showed up to our property to inspect a crack in our foundation. Before we even started he explained the whole process and answered all my questions without rushing me. Mitchell spent several hours measuring and investigating the problem which unfortunately was bigger than the untrained eye could see. He took the time to extensively explain and show me the exact problem and a plan moving forward to repair our problem with a lifetime transferable warranty to resolve our issue. He went through all the financing and spent several hours answer the million questions I had. At no time did I feel rushed or pressured at all. He was thorough , polite, and professional. I would not hesitate recommending this company to anyone who needed these services. Thank you Mitchell for being a human being during the entire process.

Very impressed with Groundworks. Inspection found no concerning foundation issues. Instead I was directed to DYI solutions or looking into tuck repointing contractor. He was very professional, knowledgeable and didnt sell a service not needed. Greatly appreciated! Will call them should I need them In future.

We had our free home inspection estimate completed today with CB, and gained important insight on our homes foundation issues. CB was thorough and professional while working. He also sat with us to explain what he discovered as well as next steps. We appreciate CB and Groundworks for the free estimate as well as bringing to light what we were unaware of.

Just met with Paul from Groundworks. He was great!! Unfortunately they dont really do quite what we were looking for (to secure tents to our patio) but took the time to do some searches and offer me other great options to consider. The work they do could have secured the tents but would have been extremely expensive for this seasonal application. I wouldnt hesitate to contact them again if we ever needed any structural foundation work.
