- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All of our fees will be discussed before the jobs take place, there will never be any hidden costs.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Moving is an incredibly stressful time in ones life so at Haul of Fame we try to eliminate as much of that stress as possible. We start by keeping our booking process incredibly simple. We are usually able to estimate and book your move in about a ten minute phone call. For larger jobs we will either travel to your home and do an in home estimate or we can do your estimate over facetime or zoom! We will never spam you with emails or phone calls like other companies will.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
All kinds! From young adults just getting out of their parents homes or dorms to families who have lived in the same home for 40+ years all the way up to multimillionaire dollar businesses, professional athletes and musicians.
