They made my move so easy and not stressful! Very time efficient and moved all of my items into my one bedroom within 1.5 hours. They also built my TV stand and put together my ikea bed frame ! I was very impressed. Highly recommend them.

Haul of fame is the best moving service I've ever used. They are trustworthy, transparent, easy to talk to, and punctual. They responded quickly to our last-minute moving request during a busy moving month and was able to offer appointments in just a few days when all other moving services were booked up. Sam is very responsive and professional, and came to our place to do an estimate the day after we talked. They also impressed us by providing a packing service. We have a lot of fragile items and they were all packed carefully, and none of them broke when we unpack. They were also able to take our furniture apart and put them back together in a short amount of time. They were able to get the move done within a short time frame and I was truly impressed! I will absolutely use them again for my next move, and I will recommend them to anyone who needs professional movers!

Sam, Jake, and Niko were fantastic. They helped with disassembling and reassembling furniture at old and new locations. They handled all items with care. Very happy with the service. Would definitely recommend for any long distance move!

Our experience with Haul of Fame Movers (Sam & Jake) was awesome! When we first reached out for a quote via Thumbtack, Sam responded within minutes. He then gave me a call and explained the whole process (payment, the move, etc.) Initially we didn't have a closing date so we booked a couple weeks out based on an estimated date. Somewhat at the last minute, Sam was still able to switch the original moving date to the day after our closing. Sam's responsiveness was very accommodating. We were informed when the movers were on their way to our pickup location. They arrived promptly. They got right to work and did so strategically and effectively. They did not take any breaks. There were some hiccups on account of the new place's structure and some of the furniture pieces. Sam & Jake remained calm and patient. They figured everything out while communicating with each other and is throughout the whole process. At the end of the move, Sam did a final walkthrough with us to ensure everything had arrived and had been placed exactly where we wanted it. Nothing was required of us except to show the movers where things were going to be placed. They didn't ask for water, but we still provided it. (Always have cold water available for your movers, they work hard and they'll need it!) They didn't even use the restroom without asking. There was a little rain during the move, yet all the furniture was protected and nothing really got wet, if it got wet at all. Sam & Jake are very well-mannered, kind, polite, and professional! I highly recommend their service and would definitely use their service again if necessary!

Sam and Jake arrived at the scheduled time and promptly moved 16 heavy pieces of furniture to our garage prior to our flooring replacement project of 3 rooms. They were very methodical and examined each item for loose items before moving them. Sam found a heavy bowl in the hidden well on top of the china cabinet which I had missed in preparing for the project. They were very efficient and were done in 2 hours. I plan to call them when we are ready for the return of furniture and will definitely call Haul of Fame Saratoga for any similar needs in the future.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All of our fees will be discussed before the jobs take place, there will never be any hidden costs.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Moving is an incredibly stressful time in ones life so at Haul of Fame we try to eliminate as much of that stress as possible. We start by keeping our booking process incredibly simple. We are usually able to estimate and book your move in about a ten minute phone call. For larger jobs we will either travel to your home and do an in home estimate or we can do your estimate over facetime or zoom! We will never spam you with emails or phone calls like other companies will.
