- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?The price quoted is for a 30 minute session and includes a customized meal plan and online exercise instruction with a package of 12 or more sesssions. Package discounts (12 or more sessions) and payment plans are available.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?My first step is to gather health information and specific client goals. I then work on achievable goals that can be built upon for continual improvement and results. Each client is unique in both their strength and flexibility. Each workout is customized to my clients needs and goals, and is based on stabilization, strength an endurance in a safe and effective manner.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I am certified through the National Academy of Sports Medicine. I am required to earn 2.0 CE credits every 2 years. In the past 2 years I have been certified in the Biomechanics of Low Back Pain, Weight Management and Fitness Nutrition. I finished my Orthopedic Exercise Specialization in September 2017.
