I am a talented chef as well asba great baker who can produce excellent meals from Indian to French, English, asian, creol all to a very high standard. I have worked in various settings s and have catered for ever changing numbers of crew and guests requiring a high levels of flexibility and repertoire. My cooking style for every cuisine I cook would be described as fresh bold and bright using the freshest and finest produce I can source, with which I always endeavor to produce and present meals to exceed the expectations of the guests.
