- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I price things based on the size of the project or it's complexity.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I sit down with them and discuss a program which is an outline of their wants and needs. I then take notes and come back with ideas, drawings, and a estimated cost of the construction if wanted.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Master's degree in Architecture, and over forty years of experience. To maintain my architects license I have to earn twelve hours of continuing education per year. I worked at various architectural and construction firms over the years, and have acquired both design and construction knowledge.
