They were very professional when they arrived, they understood the situation. My 2 cats are very anxious, we rescued them couple months ago. They took like half an hour trying to make the cats confortable and then they cut their hair and nails. Bath is postponed for the following visit.. see you in a month!!

I wouldn't trust my cat Naomi with anyone else. Naomi has anxiety and she's very timid around strangers, but she was very relaxed , one time they even played classical music to keep her calm.
