Buzzkill Pest Control is such a professional exterminating company. From the time I called them to when they were done I had a great experience. They are very responsive and even though they are based in Queens they came all the way out to Suffolk County to help my pest problem. I read their reviews and they were spot on. The owner used all sorts of exterminating methods to kill the pests. My building has their own exterminator but he was lazy and I was still having problems. In my eyes it was a great choice to hire Buzzkill Pest Control. They take it very seriously. Highly recommend!

Buzzkill is an extremely professional company with excellent customer service. Josh responded to my inquiry immediately and set up and appointment. After careful examination he identified the problem and gave us three viable options. He guarantees his work and pricing is very reasonable. Buzzkill goes above and beyond to get the job done, I highly recommend them.

We had Orkin come to our home when we discovered mouse droppings near our garbage can. The Orkin man barely checked around and told us that we simply, did not have a problem. That the one mouse we caught with our own trap was it. Fast forward to a few days later and we find droppings in our oven (the horror). We tried calling Orkin back and they refused to give us another appointment. Not only were we charged but service was terrible. When I was finally able to get an appointment, I decided to try thumbtack and my conversation with Joshua (owner of Buzzkill) made me feel at ease. I cancelled my appointment with Orkin and Joshua came the very next day. He checked everything, sealed all entrances and worked his magic, had not had a problem since and I can honestly say I've never met someone who knew so much about their area of work. Will definitely use again if I have any more issues. Thanks Josh!!!

Buzzkill definitely wasn't the cheapest quote, but I would recommend them without hesitation. In general, it's true that you get what you pay for. So it is in this case. Joshua provided excellent, timely, knowledgeable service. We had a mice problem, and it seems like we no longer do. And if it turns out we that there are lingering problems, he has promised that he will continue to work until we have no more. Excellent service, excellent results.
