- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
There are various factors that determine pricing of a balloon arrangement, for instance: 1. Classic decor (same sized balloons) or Organic balloon decor (random sizes) 2. No. of colors in a balloon arrangement. The more colors a customer prefers the higher the price. 3. Rental props - We offer various rental props such as backdrop stands, backdrop covers, shimmer walls, neon lights and boxwood hedge. Rentals and installation for every item varies. 4. Additional details - flowers, accent pieces (vases etc) 5. Distance 6. Labour - the effort that goes into a setup. For example, just a balloon garland attached to a wall will cost less as opposed to balloon garland attached to a round backdrop stand.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The typical process of working with a customer is as follows: 1. contact us through thumbtack, phone, Instagram or Facebook. 2. Share inspiration photos (very helpful!) 3. We discuss all the details about the setup required. 4. Pay an advanced amount lock in your date. 5. We show up on the day of event and setup everything. During the days in between - from booking to day of event - we remain in constant contact with customers regarding balloon colors, flowers, weather conditions and further details.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
Decorating family friends events such as baby showers, birthdays, bridal showers developed a keen interest in me for party decor. After watching endless YouTube videos, online research and constantly practicing new techniques I gradually worked my way up in the event decor company. With each installation and event booking I come prepared for the job by practicing the technique before hand. Also, I input 100% effort to make your event decorations memorable.
