I received John the Carpenters contact information from thumbtack. John immediately replied to the estimate request, got to my home within two days to evaluate and fixed it right on the spot. It was complicated repair on a 30 year-old Pella double exterior door and within one hour it was properly repaired.

John explained well ahead of the project. Set the correct expectations. Guided me to get everything ready (parts, etc). He knew what I would need, came prepared for exceptions and did a very good job and in a reasonable time and cost. Highly recommended.
