Q&A

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our typical process is first to come by and give the customer a physical site assessment (which means: giving our professional opinion on the proper number of cameras, placement and look to see how wiring will be done) Second is to produce a proposal of project equipment and cost. Third is to wire, install and program the security system. Lastly is to train the customer on how to view their security system remotely and ensure everything is in good working order.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Silent Guardian is Licensed by NYS.
What types of customers have you worked with?
We've worked with all kinds of customers. We specialize in residential security systems but can also handle any commercial application with ease.
Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
We just completed a home that was completely finished. When we were done the homeowner was amazed that we were able the get wires where we did to get them the best possible views of their property.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Like any industry the quality of workmanship and the quality of equipment should outweigh your decision to spend a few more bucks. After all no one wants wires stapled to the side of their home.
