- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, we do a detailed intake where I learn your goals, training history, injuries, and lifestyle. From there, I design a custom program and nutrition strategy specific to you. We track progress closely and make adjustments weekly to ensure you stay on track and keep improving.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a NASM Certified Personal Trainer and NASM Certified Nutrition Coach. Beyond certifications, I've spent years coaching myself and others through real-world fat loss, hypertrophy, strength gain, and injury workarounds - giving me deep practical knowledge you won't get from a textbook.
