- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Please keep in mind that pianos not tuned in years may need a second tuning on the spot and possibly even a fine tuning after a few weeks. This is a standard procedure called a "Pitch Raise." Price is for each of your first two tunings for first time customers only. After that, you'll pay my regular price of $191. Tax is already included. I'm well worth it. I go above and beyond to give you more than you expect from a tuner.
