I was stuck in a very unexpected, last minute project that needed immediate assistance. this included very heavylifting, removing furniture out of my home and emptying a uhaul of new furniture in exchange. I was nervous and scared that I would have no help. J&J responded immediately and scheduled to come the very next day! when they arrived, I was blown away by how professional and kind the young men were. They went above and beyond and even asked if there was anything in addition that I needed (just to help.) I never thought customer service like this existed anymore... to truly have genuine workers that are personable, prompt, and polite. I would recommend them to anyone on any given day

They did an amazing job. I wasn’t able to go through everything I needed to prior to them coming and I needed the apartment empty. They helped me go through closets and were careful with the things I was keeping. They went above and beyond and it was very much appreciated. Johnny and his helper Sergio were most of all prompt, courteous and professional THey got the job done quickly and were impressive. Johnny is a great resource for helping you with house cleanout and repairs. They have a very nice truck and are willing to work with you at a reasonable price. Confirmed arrival times and showed up! J&J Junk is terrific! They responded to my call immediately (after work hours), arrived promptly the next morning, and removed about 15 dining room and office chairs, along with the boxes the new chairs came in. Johnny and Jonathan are terrific to work with, lovely young and efficient men, and I'd hire them again (and plan to do so) in a nanosecond. Their price was very reasonable. Look no further! You'll be very happy.
