My experience was absolutely wonderful. The workouts were challenging, effective, and well prepared. I felt myself building strength, losing weight, and becoming increasingly more mindful of my movement. The fitness plan was very well structured yet adaptable to my needs and I felt warmly supported and encouraged throughout. I am 18, and school can be very stress inducing for me, but going through this physical training and mindfulness coaching has helped immensely in lessening my anxiety. I’ve been training with Valerie for over two years now - consistently twice a week - and It has changed my life. I look back at who I was before I met her and i hardly recognize that person anymore. I’ve lost all the weight I wanted to lose and have kept it off. I’m stronger and look better than ever at 50!! My general outlook on life is much more positive and I just have more energy. Valerie is THE ABSOLUTE BEST!!! She is so totally inspiring and genuinely interested in her clients’ health in every respect. Working with Val has changed my life in so many ways! Her consistent belief in me, her daily texts, her dedication and love, all make working out a pleasure.
