My Philosophy: Wellness That Meets You Where You Are
I believe women deserve support that honors the complexity of their lives — not rigid plans, unrealistic expectations, or “all-or-nothing” approaches.
My work blends: evidence-based health coaching, functional strength training, mindful movement and yoga, behavior change psychology, emotional support, and real-world habit building.
I’ve spent decades immersed in health, movement, and wellbeing — as a personal trainer, yoga instructor, and certified health coach.
In my health coaching practice I help women navigate the very transitions i've lived. The same transitions that can stand in the way of healthy habits and decisions, and can sometimes impact overall wellbeing: stages of motherhood, divorce, career reinvention, hormonal shifts, identity changes, rebuilding after loss and rediscovering my body and my strength.
I know what it feels like to lose yourself… and what it takes to return to your center. My work is an extension of that lived experience — a blend of science, intuition, empathy, and strategy. Women don’t need more discipline. They need more support, structure, and self-understanding.
That’s the heart of what I teach.
Women come to me because they’re ready for something different — a way of caring for their bodies and minds that is compassionate, sustainable, and grounded in real life. They’re overwhelmed, stretched thin, shifting identities, or feeling their body change in ways they didn’t expect. And they want a guide who sees the whole picture. That’s where I come in.
