Their contract agreement and paperwork was very smooth. Once we agreed on the terms, price, and conditions, the contract was put in excecution right away. Moises, was very accomodating and sensible to our needs as a retired people we are. We are very happy to have used Jef Contractors Inc. At 4:30am I discovered water dripping from a spot in our ceiling, right over our room heater; it was pitch black outside and I had no way of getting onto my roof to check, but I figured the seal around the heater's exhaust pipe had failed or was damaged somehow. In a panic, I put out feelers through Thumbtack and was worried we wouldn't be able to get this problem fixed same-day... but JEF Contractors responded by 5am, and they were on our doorstep at 8am. They fixed the damaged part of our roof as well as removing and fixing the damaged drywall inside, and they cleared all the snow and ice off our roof as well. They were sure to keep their work area clean and laid down plastic and cardboard to walk on. Highly recommend.

I found JEF Contractors to be a highly professional service. All of their work on my roof was performed to exacting standards. When they came to my house they brought a lot of equipment needed to complete the work. The workers were always on time and never stopped working. Any issues or questions I had were immediately answered and addressed to my satisfaction. In short, I was very satisfied with their work and would not hesitate to recommend their services to other members of the community.

They are responsive and punctual! I had 1 leak and just wanted a repair. I explained that to the operator that took my call. When they came out, they ignored my request and were only interested in selling me a new $12,000 roof on a small house. Scanned the roof and built a case to sell me a new roof. I have a lot of experience in contracting. Completely rehabbing buildings. When working with old houses, you need to be frugal on what needs to be done and not spend foolishly. My roof has plenty of years of life left. Another local roofer came out and repaired my roof as requested as well as did some preventative. Said it will be fine for many years to come. Word to all, make sure to get multiple estimates!
