I am internationally trained, qualified, and experienced chef/food and beverage manager. I would undertake any type of cooking and serving assignments for individual, family, and group. Business partnership, to start, operate and manage any type of food service and/or food processing (such as production of sauces, wines, beer, and teas) would also be also considered.
