Shad was awesome. He was quick to respond to my issue, arrived shortly after, went to work right away, explained the problem and found multiple solutions. I was also able to ask him questions about future concerns on other electrical problems I may have. He fixed this problem, and advised me on how to make sure it doesn’t happen again. Shad came and did an initial assessment and was very knowledgeable about what needed to be done. Arrangements were made and the work was completed.
