FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We charge a $150 diagnostic fee for all service calls, which is fully credited toward any completed repair work. We offer transparent, honest pricing with no hidden fees. We also provide veteran and senior discounts on services. All of our estimates are detailed and upfront, so you know exactly what you're paying for before we begin any work.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start by listening to your issue and gathering details about the problem. Next, we perform a thorough on-site diagnostic evaluation to identify the root cause. We then discuss our findings with you, provide upfront pricing, and explain all available options. Upon your approval, we complete the necessary repairs or services efficiently and professionally. We serve all of Long Island and offer 24/7 emergency drain service.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am professionally trained in plumbing, sewer, and drain services with extensive experience in the field. I have state-of-the-art equipment training for hydro-jetting, camera inspections, and water heater/boiler systems. I also have a background as an electrician, which gives me a broad technical skill set for both residential and commercial plumbing and HVAC systems.
