Introduction: We are fully licensed and insured plumbing heating and a/c service company people do your due diligence and make sure the contractor is licensed before they touch your gas lines , boilers or waterways these lead services don’t check with licensing that’s on the consumer. Long Island has over 30 different licenses if something happens to your house with a unlicensed contractor your homeowners insurance will not cover the damage, I see it all the time customer satisfaction is our number 1 goal. We are licensed in all of Nassau County and most of Western Suffolk. We can’t seem to post our license numbers but we will furnish it on request ALWAYS HIRE A LICENSED COMPANY ALWAYS ASK FOR THERE LICENSE NUMBER LEGITIMATE COMPANIES WONT MIND. Thank you and be safe

When Tom arrived for the consultation he was professional and courteous. In addition he was knowledgeable and thoroughly explained the steps needed to resolve our boiler issues. His guy Nick was also on point and after 2 visits our boiler is working like new. We found the real deal with KGI Plumbing and will definitely call them again for our plumbing and boiler maintenance needs. Thanks guys!

My wife and I were very impressed and exceptionally happy with the quality of work, honesty & professionalism that Tim demonstrated. We had problems with our heating system. He came to our house inspected the problem, got to work and repaired. The next day we notice that the heating system was not performing completely. We called Tim he came over again and took a look at it once more and came up with a few options to corect abd fixed our problem. We would highly recommend Tim & KGI Heating company to everyone. Very respect, courteous, professional & quality work.

Tim was awesome — couldn’t have asked for an easier or better experience. Was super responsive to my initial request. Came by to assess the situation quickly and installed our new water heater within a few days. Tim was clean, quick and a pleasure to chat with. Will absolutely use again and recommend.

2 weeks ago, I had an issue with the furnace in the basement. Once he came, he figured out the reason and fixed it with a reasonable price. I thought it's done. But, Last week, I had an issue with the second floor furnace so I called him again and he stopped by the next day (Bcoz, It's not an emergency). He did work nice and fast. I'd recommend him regarding any HVAC system issue.
