- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our initial cleaning will always cost more, then after that our price is brought down. We do this because during our initial cleaning we move everything in your home, and make sure we clean every inch, moldings included. This will always be our longest cleaning. After that we maintain your home and when it is needed again we re-clean thoroughly at your same lower price. We work with our customers so that they can afford our service. We understand that a standard price does not work for everyone since everyone has different salaries and expenses, and we work with you to fit your life.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We always give a free estimate, so that we could provide an accurate fair price, and for the customer to meet us and feel comfortable around us.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have years of experience, and knowledge of how to clean. We also keep up with the latest technology and finding.
