• What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

  We do not hammer our clients with unexpected fees! All material, mileage and travel time are priced depending on time, distance and size of the move you need done. A studio or normal sized one bedroom apartment will require two movers at $110 an hour. A move with two or more bedrooms will require 3 movers at which our rate is at a $130 an hour. We will only move at a two and a half hour minimum.

• What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

  I would advise customers in need of help to ask questions, you should always feel free to ask and know how your property will be treated, if a company has insurance to where your items and home will be protected from damage and also for a transparent quote with no hidden fees after the job is done. Before hiring a pricey moving company, be sure to consider whether or not the expense is worth the money. If the answer is no, consider less expensive DIY alternatives such as truck rentals or moving containers. However, if your budget is more flexible, and you'd like to save time and energy on the move, then hiring movers may be worth the price. Whatever you do, be sure to weigh the pros and cons of each choice carefully before deciding on a move method.
