My time with Dana set me up for major success in my fitness and weight loss journey. She is super informative and passionate about all things health and nutrition and you can tell by the way she works. Corresponding with Dana on an online platform out performed any other nutritional guidance or physical training I have had in person. Her approach is both smart and comforting, would recommend her to anyone!

I worked with Dana for a couple years and she helped me lose almost 30 lb well also helping me prioritize my complete health and well-being in the process. She advocated for me to get treated for an autoimmune disease and taught me so much about nutrition in regards to powerlifting and long distance running. I worked with Do More Fitness for one year, and it has completely changed my life. I’m over a year out from when my time with Dana finished and all the habits, mindsets, and strategies she taught me have stuck with me! Not only did I lose weight and gain muscle, and have maintained that weight loss over the past 14 months, but I have gained an appreciation for making more nutritious choices, listening to my body, and avoiding all or nothing thinking. Dana is absolutely wonderful to work with! As a woman, finding a weight-loss coach can feel intimidating and overwhelming, but she makes the entire experience comfortable and approachable. She’s attentive, supportive, and incredibly easy to talk to. you can truly tell she cares about her clients. One of my favorite parts of her program is her focus on proper nutrition while still teaching balance instead of restriction. The workout programs she’s created for me have helped me progress further than I ever have before. I genuinely love having Dana as my coach and would recommend her to anyone!
