- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My first house cleaning visit is always at least 6 minimum hours and is the most expensive as this site charges me anywhere from 23 to 80 that they take out of my pay for giving me the lead to the customer so moving forward, if someone or a customer stays with me weekly, biweekly, monthly, etc i lower the price by at least 50 for the remaining visits.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I bring in all new cleaning supplies unless you have some that I can work with that are specific to your home. We schedule a day that wotks for you and I with a three day notice and I am flexible and I arrive on time and I am to be paid before the job is done in full and then you can determine if you want me back. Anything in specific you need you just ask.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been a professional house cleaner for 20 plus years and have also worked in animal hospitals and have experience in pet sitting and overnights and cat grooming, just not trimming nails. I know first aid and cpr and was osha trained years ag.
