I will be hiring Royalty Pools again. The team did a fabulous job diagnosing my leak and then closing the pool in a quick and professional way. Prices were fair and they gave great advice on what investments I should make in a new heater and pool cover. Would recommend to anyone!

Thank you Edwin I recommend no one else these guys are the Best. I called them the day before on a "weekend" and they were at my home in less than 24 hours on a Sunday,, they are great for this and providing service on a Sunday. They explained everything in detail before hand and then went to work and resolved the leaks in no time, then repaired the leaks in record time, I was more than amazed, happy, and satisfied. They also educated me about pool life. I'm grateful and Appreciative of for this company.. I Definitely recommend them to everyone on Lomg Island!! 10 out of 10 rating Thanks again

He came ome time to install the pump and drop some chemicals. Didn't clean up the water. Came once more after repeated unanswered communications. Drop some more shock. Said he would return on a certain day. Never did. Never answered my texts after that. I asked for a refund or else a bad review. I never got an answer. I have a dirty pool that has been open for 18 days.
