Great people, great company. Good pricing, honest people, punctual and unbelievably kind. No prejudice, just respect and happy to explain everything you want to know. Will continue to call whenever we need them. Well worth it.

Zach was very professional and very friendly and listened to what I needed and sprayed the areas I requested. Zach has been so easy to work with and he takes his time to listen to my needs and goes above and beyond. Ive had my house sprayed for a few years now and have been extremely satisfied!!

They call ahead. Always nice and informative. If you need help with wasp, hornets and rodent control. They know what they're doing. Oh...and are very competitive with pricing.
FAQs
What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We are competively priced with other pest control companies. But our customer serivce is what sets us apart.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We just need some basic info like address, what pest or rodent issue the customer is having, and where. From there we then talk about pricing and will come out to do an inspection.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a certified licensed applicator in 3a, and 7a. I also am the only company in all of WNY that can install the Thermacell LIV smart mosquito control system.
