They call ahead. Always nice and informative. If you need help with wasp, hornets and rodent control. They know what they're doing. Oh...and are very competitive with pricing.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We are competively priced with other pest control companies. But our customer serivce is what sets us apart.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We just need some basic info like address, what pest or rodent issue the customer is having, and where. From there we then talk about pricing and will come out to do an inspection.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a certified licensed applicator in 3a, and 7a. I also am the only company in all of WNY that can install the Thermacell LIV smart mosquito control system.
