I offer a variety of language-based academic tutoring. I am a multi-certified teacher with 26 years experience, offering tutoring services including: Spanish 7-12, Spanish translation, ELA/Reading & Writing K-adult, and ESL K-adult. It is exciting for me to help my students reach new levels of understanding and to be able to use their new skills to make their own connections in the learning process. Teaching is so rewarding!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My rate of pay for tutoring is $70 per hour.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
In the first session I will administer an assessment to determine strengths and weaknesses, then we will go after those weaknesses in subsequent sessions in order to strengthen them and help close learning gaps.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 26 years of public school teaching experience; 7 as an elementary general education teacher and 19 as an ESL teacher. I am also fluent in Spanish. I hold a Bachelor's degree in Spanish, a Master’s degree in Education, and a post-graduate degree in Educational Administration.
