Mark is amazing! One call and my leaking water fill pipe valve to my wash machine is fixed. Would highly recommend TMO Services. Mark communicated well and was friendly. Offered me several options and gave me pricing options up front for repairing or replacingwater heater. I chose to go with the repair because I felt the heater has a few years left. The price was reasonable. He did the work quickly and accepted multiple forms of payment. I would recommend his services.

I for one never write reviews just never saw the need, but the experience that I had with TMO was amazing, I mean the plumber whose name is Mark was courteous and attentive to my project which was getting a toilet removed and installed. He came in assessed the situation gave me what the best route to take and was willing to do the job right then and there, he did an excellent job and I would definitely recommend him for his services. I am very satisfied with his work and will be using him in the near future🙂

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once a customer and I have established contact info, we can speak over the phone about some detail of job and to set up an appointment for me to come out and evaluate the work and then quote.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been certified in being trained as a water specialist for Water Right Company, the leading water treatment company in the United States.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I started doing plumbing with new constructions and new basement bathroom install for my first 5 years. Then, I did plumbing service work and maintenance for a private real estate company for 2 years. Now, for these past 3 years, I have been doing residential service work. Having a wide range of experience has allowed me to help customer’s plan and know what to expect with their new project’s before doing anything.
