Hey , I’m actually very disappointed in this review. I was very nice to you, I cleared the tub drain. I pulled out your child’s toy that he stuck down there with a lot of hair. I have several videos. I did send you an invoice the very next morning because I left your house at 11 pm because you kept asking me to do more stuff. I did some stuff for free and I even helped you cut up a watermelon for your kids because you said your hands hurt. You did call me about the drain and I told you I will come same day to check it out. You said that doesn’t work for you and to come a different day ? I told you I have to check my schedule. When I called you back I also asked you for a video of the tub and you refused ? Saying your phone can only send pictures and not videos? This is actually insane how you can leave this review after I was so nice to you , gave you free services and even offered to come back the same day because you said it was slow draining again and your saying I didn’t give you an invoice when I in fact did and I have all the screen shots to proof it. You decided to hurt a small business because I asked you to send me a video of your clogged drain and you refused. Very disappointed honestly.
