Hi Bryan, It’s always unfortunate when we’re unable to complete a site visit for one of our reports. We understand you were working with a tight timeline, and while we attempted to reschedule due to weather, we ultimately respected your decision not to proceed. Given your preference not to reschedule the visit, we initiated a full refund in response. While we made every effort to work with you to complete the evaluation, we understand and appreciate your choice not to move forward. Please don’t hesitate to reach out if you have any further questions or need assistance in the future.
