The biggest problem our 120-yr-old house has is the top level’s kitchen floor being uneven and unstable. Anthony and his team opened up the ceiling and built wood studs from the floor below to fix the problem. They even built wood studs in the basement to support the pressure on the 1st floor. We appreciate their fair pricing and consideration on the structure of the house.

My partner and I recently bought a 100 year old house that, while liveable, needed a lot of improvement. Anthony and his crew did a phenomenal job on a wide range of projects, including: patching a leaky spot on the roof, installing new exterior doors, building a new basement staircase, reinforcing 100 year old floor joists, completely remodeling an outdated den, and converting our mudroom to a laundry room and half bathroom. Throughout the entire process, Anthony was communicative, and always had a solution whenever an issue arose. His prices are also very fair. For example, the price he quoted for the new staircase was literally half what another contractor quoted us. We're very happy with Anthony's work and are looking forward to working with him again on our next project.

Anthony was a pleasure he took on my projects and was very punctual and respectful and his work was awesome. He did work on my rental property, sunporch ceiling, 2 bathrooms, living room walls and ceiling and also made my bedroom feel like a luxury hotel suite with a complete remodel!!
