Rich and his team were incredibly responsive and helpful with our basement vinyl flooring. There was quite a bit of work to be done... scraping the floor, leveling, and working around internal drain & sump pump work. By the end of the project we were amazed with how clean and good everything looks. We will definitely call him again for any flooring needs!

Rich was patient, clear and friendly during the quote process and answered all our questions quickly and thoroughly.
When the job began, he and his colleague were efficient, diligent, and done within a week. And we had a brand-new luxury vinyl tile floor in our dusty old basement, and new stair treads that Rich took the time to stain and finish beautifully.
Throughout the process, Rich was always available to address any concerns and questions that came up.
We were very happy working with Scibor Home Services, and would do so again.

I am Rich Scibor’s biggest fan. I hired him initially to install luxury vinyl plank flooring in my kitchen, but I liked him and the work so much that for the next several months I had him return again and again to refresh nearly all aspects of my aging house: walls, floors, lighting, paint, furniture (refinish), deck, locks, etc.
Rich is professional, punctual, personable and reliable. He works efficiently and to the highest standards. In short, he’s the best thing to ever happen to my much-neglected home!

We hired Rich from Scibor Home Services to install laminate vinyl flooring in our basement; both my husband and I are very pleased with his work and professionalism. He did a great job on the flooring and the molding. He even applied a skim coat on the concrete before installing to ensure the floor is even. His pricing is reasonable too. We highly recommend him!
