Hi, I understand that finding the right therapist can be a daunting task. I am a trained psychotherapist with over 25 years of experience. I work with individuals and couples. I have extensive training and experience working with trauma resolution as well as , people struggling with anxiety, depression, addiction, and co-dependency. My passion has always been to help people achieve their goals and live their best life. I work with my clients to assist and support them in releasing dysfunctional patterns and blocks, enabling them to thrive and live a more joyful life. I've had the privilege of working with Lorraine for over 6 years now, first in couples counseling sessions and subsequently in solo therapeutic sessions. I've found the work we've done in her office to be transformational both to my relationship and engagement in the rest of my life. Whether we're untangling historic patterns, or giving voice to my current fears and troubles, her questions and thoughts are incisive and cut to the heart of the issue. In addition to remarkable intelligence, Lorraine brings to bear a vast well of empathy that has allowed me to come as I am, however I am, whenever I need to and always expect to be greeted with the same openness; the same safe space. She is clear and thoughtful and her words have helped guide me to some of the most profound revelations of my adult life. Time spent in session with her is never time wasted. In addition, I have done two past life regressions with Lorraine and they have been truly fascinating; guiding me to places within myself that reveal the underlying histories behind what had always seemed to be irrational fears or concerns. I have a long history of positive and productive therapy, a lifelong commitment to holistic healing and personal growth and 14 years of 12 step work.
