I was very impressed with the work that they did on my upstairs living space. They were on time, professional, and did a high-quality job. The crew was very friendly and respectful, and they cleaned up after themselves when they were finished. I would highly recommend them to anyone who is looking to have work done around their house.

I heard about HMH Property Maintenance last summer right after my husband and I bought our house. I had had 4 or 5 contractors come by to talk about some work we wanted to get done with varying success - extremely high estimates or just disinterest in doing work for us.I emailed Mike and had a response extremely quickly. Mike did various projects for us - some roof work, drywall patching, painting, and more. We were always happy with the work and Mike's prices (and transparency about pricing). I'd absolutely recommend HMH Property Maintenance - we'll be hiring them again!

HMH has done two major projects for me: landscaping the front of the house, and demolishing an old decrepit shed and putting in fencing (and topsoil and grass seed) where the shed used to be. For both jobs, they were very hard workers and very collaborative with me to ensure I got what I wanted. They cleaned up anything left behind, made a minor repair to our existing fence gate, and really went above and beyond. Worked fast, too, and the prices were completely reasonable for the amount of work involved. Highly professional and I would hire them again any time!
