The owner Juan showed up on time also calling beforehand to say he's on his way. Only pro I ever hired who was actually a true professional. Broken Sprinkler line repaired perfectly within minutes of arriving, had all parts needed on his truck and the service call and price were exceptionally reasonable. Called him yesterday afternoon and job was done first thing this morning. I'll have him back to move some heads in the future. Great job

I reached out on Thumbtack in search of a lawn sprinkler company due to a broken sprinkler head and to identify any potential issues with my sprinkler system.
My sprinkler system has been serviced by the same company for years, but I wanted a different perspective on some the zones. In addition, their hourly rate had increased.
Juan’s company, Bright Side Sprinklers, had nothing but positive reviews.
Talking to Juan on the phone, he was polite and immediately scheduled me in. His hourly rate was very reasonable as well.
When Juan came out, he was professional, kind and knowledgeable. He quickly repaired the broken sprinkler head and went through each zone making adjustments to ensure the sprinkler system was performing correctly.
I was very impressed by the timely manner in which Juan worked in addressing all issues within his hourly rate.

Very honest. Huan tries to help but doesn't try to rip you off. Thoroughly professional communication and works with the customer. Easy to explain requirements and does the job with integrity.
