- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Fees are based on a percentage of the budget estimate. The percentage is based on the complexity and amount of budget expectations. Percentages range from 10% for smaller jobs to 4% for the larger projects.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Initial 1-2 hour consultation free of charge. Proposal for services to follow within one week. Different projects can take a few days till a few years to complete depending on complexity, scale, financing and contractor availability.
