I can't say enough about how nice it has been to work with James. He has been very responsive every time I have emailed him and has worked very hard to deliver some great designs. His process was very thorough and thought out for the initial consultation and he reached out to me over the phone to get a better understanding of my goals and direction. The logos that he delivered were very creative and really captured the goal I had in mind for my company. I will gladly work with James again in the future for any design needs I may have.

Excellent work results at a value price! Very professional and responsive to numerous changes that had to be made due to errors on my part and theirs, i.e., missed a comment in an email. VERY responsive! Initial work on a complete branding package completed in three days. Most changes & updates completed in within two hours. Due to three hour time zone difference, some work was received the next morning. Punctual in meeting self-imposed deadlines and their ability to hit a moving target as my work requirements changed. They probably don't want me to say this, but they made numerous revisions at no additional charge because after we had everything finalized, some of the work product had to be changed to meet federal regulatory requirements. Very flexible! Will definitely use the Spark Design team again!!!
